Training Courses
We aim to provide you with information on a selection of our training courses so that you are able to make your own choice as to which course best suits your own individual needs.

You must successfully complete your selected training course within two years of signing of the enrolment agreement subject to any dispensation with respect to course duration that may be agreed by us and confirmed to you in writing. If you fail to complete the course within one year and you are unable to produce written dispensation from us, you will be deemed to have withdrawn from the course and our obligation to provide you with further training will cease.

You must dress in an appropriate manner when attending for training at any training venue. An appropriate manner means with a coverall overall and with shoes or boots with steel reinforced toecap's. You will not be permitted entry to a Centre if you do not adhere to the dress code. You will be notified of any other requirements in advance of your attendance.

We reserve the right to change the course structure and or qualifications as we see fit. Such changes will only be applied if in our opinion you will either benefit from them or the changes are of no significant detriment to you.

The syllabi for the course outcome qualifications are defined by the respective awarding bodies and as such are beyond our control. We are not liable for changes to them that may be made before during or after the course.

We cannot guarantee that any dates we offer you for training will suit your personal requirements. It is your responsibility to make attendance arrangements that coincide with our scheduled training dates. You accept that you may have to wait for a scheduled training date to become available if one is not immediately available that meets your requirements.

No insurance other than that which is required by law is provided by us. Neither is food, nor travel and accommodation subsistence nor any other item relating to the course that is not specifically included in our brochures; it is up to you to make your own arrangements for these items.

The qualification outcomes for courses that are current are detailed in our brochures and on our web site.

You are responsible for informing us of any disabilities or special needs you may have before commencing the course. We always aim to provide extra help where necessary. In some instances, we may require you to provide medical evidence and history.

To provide our training services we work in conjunction and share facilities with several other leading training companies.

Fee Payments
Fees will be fully disclosed for the training course you have selected before you enrol with us. The course fee will be inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).

You must pay the course fee in full on signing of the enrolment agreement or by a deposit payment followed by the payment of the balance 28 days before the course start date. The enrolment agreement has its own specific terms of business and includes details of your rights to cancel and the cooling off period as required by UK Law.

Refund of Fees
After the statutory cooling off period, as required by UK Law, has expired then all fee payments received directly from you or on your behalf are strictly non-refundable in any circumstances. This includes your voluntary or involuntary withdrawal from a training course for whatever reason.

Confidentiality
We will treat all your personal information as private and confidential (even when you are no longer a client) except where we are required to disclose it by Law or where disclosure is made at your request, or with your consent in relation to arranging your training course. You have the right of access under the Data Protection Act 1998 to your personal records held on our files.

UKElectricalTraining.com does not carry any credit checks on course applications and/or enrolments on to any of our training courses.
